STANDARD LEAD TIME
Upon receipt of your order, we need to transfer the stock from one of our local Australian suppliers to our distribution facility in Melbourne. On receipt of the stock your order will be sent in entirety typically within 1-2 business days. Supply levels change on a daily basis so if after ordering it becomes apparent that there is now an unexpected, extended lead time for replenishment of an item then our customer service team will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with the updated lead time.

EXTENDED LEAD TIME
At times, an item or items you have purchased can unexpectedly become unavailable for immediate shipping, resulting in an extended lead time. If it is already known that an item is not readily available to ship and there is an extended delay, lead time information will be displayed here under the Extended Lead time section on the item listing.

Once all items in your order are available, we will ship your order in its entirety.

With thousands of products available for sale on our website and the nature of supply and demand fluctuations with fast moving goods, it is impossible to keep all items 100 per cent in stock, 100 per cent of the time. This Radiator LED Tubelight comprises a glass tube shade sitting within a matt black steel canopy. Unlike other linear lights, this LED tubelight has a unique structure worthy of display. It makes a stylish and functional task light above any kitchen island or for that bespoke style, it will add boldness to the most sophisticated fitouts. This light is a worthy addition to commercial offices, retail shop fittings or café and restaurant interiors.

About the Radiator LED Tubelight:

  • A glass tube shade sitting within a matt black steel canopy.
  • It has a maximum drop of 3.15 metres from the ceiling to bottom of shade.
  • Black chain suspension with black plastic cord.
  • Light fixture is 1310mm long, 105mm high and fits a T8 LED tube light, 120cm 18W (not included).
  • Black metal ceiling rose is 120mm wide and 25mm high. Black plastic cord. 
  • One suspension end is secured to the ceiling with a ceiling rose supplied. This end contains the electricals. The other end is supplied with a hook for hanging the chain.
  • Please contact us prior to ordering. This item is oversized and requires additional postage to be paid on what is stated in the checkout.

Fat Shack Vintage proudly delivers Australia wide. From the tip to the tail and all the places in-between – if you live in Australia, we’ll get it to you!

  • All in-stock items are normally dispatched from our Melbourne location within 2-3 business days from date of purchase. If not in stock, current lead time is approximately 5-7 business days from order date. The lead time is approximate. If your order is urgent, please call us for the current stock on hand level.
  • This item is oversized and requires additional postage to be paid on what is stated in the checkout. Please contact us prior to ordering so that we can calculate and advise the shipping price for you based on your location. After the order is received via the website we will then contact you prior to despatch to take payment of that additional postage cost.
  • To ensure peace of mind, all FSV orders are sent with tracking and full insurance.

You can click & collect your order from our Melbourne location, so shopping with us has never been easier. Simply ensure you’ve selected Click & Collect (Cheltenham) at the checkout!

Returns

We provide a 60 day return policy on all eligible items purchased from our website. This excludes products marked as “Clearance” and “Customised / Special Order” items. Please refer to the Description tab for information. If the item arrives in tip top condition but you decide that you just don’t like it anymore or have changed your mind then please return the items in original, unused, unmarked condition and with original packaging within 60 days for a refund, minus the freight cost. 

In order to process your refund request, please contact us that we can know when to expect the products back and so we can provide you with Return instructions. Please note we cannot accept in person returns at our location.

Please check your order upon delivery and if required, report any damages, faults or problems within 14 days of receipt of goods.
